Schools that sign up by June 30, 2026 get free access and free support through June 30, 2027 — an extra year at no cost. No credit card is required to sign in.
What happens after the free period ends?
Early adopters (signed up before June 30, 2026) stay free through June 30, 2027. After that, schools move to the standard plan at $100/school/year. Schools that sign up after June 30, 2026 can try the tool with a trial period before subscribing. We'll give everyone plenty of advance notice before billing begins.
Does this replace our SIS?
No — and it doesn't try to. MasterSchedule.app is a planning tool for the scheduling phase, not a student information system. It doesn't connect to or store live student enrollment data. Think of it as the tool you use to build and validate your course calendar before your SIS needs it.
Is pricing per user or per school?
Per school. You can add as many administrators, staff, and viewers as your school needs — there are no per-seat charges.
Can I use it for multiple schools?
Yes. Each school in the system is a separate tenant with its own data, users, and schedule. Multi-school support is built in — each school is billed individually.
How do I sign up?
Sign in with your school Google account at app.masterschedule.app. The first person to sign in for a school becomes the primary administrator and can invite others.
